Day 8: Ang pag-aayos ng requirements

Unang araw ng Hulyo pero VL ako sa opisina for two reasons; 1) libing ng uncle ko at 2) mag-aayos ako ng aking PAO requirements. 

 

Bandang alas-10 ng umaga, dumating ang beauty ko sa Kaymart Laboratory para sa aking chest x-ray, blood test, urinalysis at lipid profile. Suki na ang family namin ng Kaymart Laboratory as in. Maayos kasi ang serbisyo, di masyadong mahal at  ang med-tech doon ay ang aking high school friend at classmate na si Pag-asa. Syempre mega-chika muna kami bago ang mga test, kamustahan galore. After na makuhanan ako ng dugo at urine, nagpa-chest x-ray na ako. 840 pesoses ang binayaran ko.  

 

Since hindi pa ako kumakain ng breakfast (kailangang mag fasting para sa lipid profile), at almost lunchtime na, sumugod ako sa Jollibee para mag chickenjoy…yes! after lunch,  pumunta naman ako sa st. louie medical laboratory para sa drug test, after kong mag-fill up ng form, i paid 250 pesoses at pinapunta ako sa mahogany drug test center.  so syempre may-i-give ako ng aking papers sa receptionist na busy sa pagtaya sa jueteng ever. inabot nya sa akin ang isang small cup at pinapunta ako sa cr as they need a urine sample from me. medyo nagulat pa ako sa sign sa pinto ng CR na, “please do not close the door” what???? anu daw? gosh! buti na lang at napansin ako ng janitor at sabi nya “ma’am, sa mga lalake lang po yun, bawal isara ang pinto pag lalake”. hay thank God kasi imagine mo naman pag babae at hindi nakasara ang pinto. waaa!

 

After kong magbigay ng urine, they took my picture at fingerprints. After a few minutes, lumabas na ang result ng drug test ever  and of course, negative ako sa methamphetamine at tetrahydrocannabinol. i passed my drug test. yess!

 

Pagkagaling sa drug test center, diretso naman ang beauty ko sa chowking para mag-merienda. i had petite halo halo with one scoop ube ice cream at siopao. enjoy ako sa chowking sta maria kasi malinis ang store at may libreng wifi he he he. after kumain, bumili ako ng documentary stamp tax sa munisipyo at pagkatapos ay dumiretso na sa simbahan para naman sa libing ng aking uncle.

 

Hindi na ako sumama sa sementeryo dahil almost 3pm na at kailangan ko pang kuhanin ang results ng aking mga tests.  Nagtext din ako sa aking dear friend na si Neneng kung may kilala syang government physician na pwedeng mag-sign ng aking medical certificate and of coz she referred me to our friend na si Lorina, isang Sanitary Inspector, na ang office ay sa Center.

Both lungs are clear; heart is not enlarged; aorta is not dilated; diaphragm and sulci are intact

Microscopic:

Casts: none; Crystals: none; Pus Cells: 5-10 hpf (meaning may infection ako waaa!); RBC: 0-3 hpf; E.Cells: Moderate; Urates: few; Other: Bacteria= occasional

 

Hematology:

RBC: 4.56; Hemoglobin: 140.0; Hematocrit: 0.43; WBC: 8.10; Differential count Neutrophils: 0.55; Lymphocytes: 0.44; Monocytes: 0.01; Blood type: B+

 

Blood Chemistry:

Total Cholesterol: 182.72 mg/L; Triglycerides: 135.74 mg/dL; HDL Cholesterol: 45.61 mg/dL; LDL Cholesterol: 109.99 mg/dL

 

After kong makuha ang results ng aking mga tests, nagpapirma na ako ng aking medical certificate. Thank you kay Dra. Estelita G. Bautista, isang Municipal Health Physician. Done with my Pre-employment medical-physical tests..thank God!.
