out of the hospital…..thank GOD!

na-confine ang beauty ko sa mateo general hospital sa sta maria from saturday to monday due to acute pyelonephritis. hay ever!

it all started nung October 1. I had this grabeng pain sa lower right side ng body ko na tagos hanggang lower back. i took dolfenal so medyo nawala. i went to work kahit holiday kaya nung middle of the day na, sumakit na naman and this time grabe hindi ko na talaga kaya. so, sinugod ang beauty ko sa san juan de dios hospital. grabe na talaga ang pain so the attending physician, dr. panopio, told me na mag-i-injection daw ng pain reliever tapos mag-urinalysis ako.

so, yun i had a shot of toradol tapos urinalysis na. i paid 1k plus as in. ang result ng urinalysis, may infection ang aking urine, puss cells na 8-10. ang ending binigyan ako ng antibiotic at pain reliever. pinapabalik din ako for ultrasound kasi baka daw may gallstone ako. hay!

ate etzhel arrived at the hospital and kasama ko na sya na nagtaxi pauwi. we went to gateway, had dinner sa cibo and bought cranberry juice and my medicines. pagdating sa house, mega-chill ako at ang fever ko was 38 as in. next day, mega-pawis na ang beauty ko so i thought baka may improvement na. pero gash i was so wrong kasi sa afternoon mega-chill na naman ako. and i had this bitter taste sa mouth ko kaya hindi ako makakain, puro water, buko juice at cranberry juice lang ang tinitira ko.

so finally saturday morning, mega-sugod na kami sa mateo hospital. i had cbc at urinalysis. ang result: mas worst ang infection ko as in from 8-10 eh naging too many to count. nag recommend na ang attending physician na si Dr. Calalang na i-admit na ako.

so there, walang katapusang injection ng antibacterial IV, 6 times akong kinunan ng blood sa arms, on and off ang lagnat at nagka-anemia pa daw ako. umuulit din ang pain sa lower right side ng body ko kaya nag-ultra sound pa ang beauty ko ng sunday. hay grabe!

buti na lang sunday night medyo nag-stabilize na ang aking condition and the doctor’s concluded na i had acute pyelonephritis, meaning nagka-infection ang kidney ko dahil sa infection sa aking bladder.  a case of simple uti na napabayaan. hay!

so finally na-discharge na me pero kailangan pa ring magpahinga sa house. hindi pa talaga ako maayos as in. last night, nag-chill na naman ang beauty ko. hay. please do continue to pray for me guys.

• neneng (for the visit, for the sweet gifts, for being there for me, salamat talaga gurl. i heart yah!)
• sa iba pang relatives na nag-visit at nag-pray for me. tsalamat!
• kay ate des, finance officer sa aking office, for all the support lalo na sa philhealth ko and sa prayers na rin. thanks talaga ate. i heart yah!
• sa mga clients ko na nabitin ang mga urgent motions dahil i got sick, thank you sa pang-unawa. i’ll do it as soon as kaya ko na, pramis
• sa mga client na biglang nagbayad ng kulang sa fee, wow, salamat
• at sa mga church mates na nagpray for me, thank you so much!
